1. Classic Butter Pie Crust
Ingredients
• 2½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup cold butter (cubed)
• 1 tsp salt
• 6–8 tbsp cold water
Instructions
1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
2. Cut cold butter into the flour until crumbly.
3. Add cold water slowly and mix until dough forms.
4. Wrap dough and chill 30 minutes.
