Fear of war — Fear of collapse. Fear of sickness — Fear of what comes next.That fear is real—but it is not from God.God did not give His people a spirit of fear. What He gave is far greater.POWER Not political power. Not social influence. Spiritual power. The same power that raised Christ from the dead (Ephesians 1:19–20) now works in those who believe. We are not at the mercy of this world—we are ambassadors in it.LOVE Not the world’s version of love that tolerates sin and calls it kindness. Biblical love tells the truth. It warns. It calls men to repentance. God’s love sent His Son to die for sinners (Romans 5:8), and that same love compels us to speak, not stay silent. Fear keeps quiet—love speaks.A SOUND MIND The world is unstable because it has no anchor. But the believer knows something the world does not—we know how this ends. This world is not spiraling out of control—it is moving according to God’s plan. Jesus Christ is coming again (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17). Judgment is coming. Redemption is coming. The King is coming.That truth steadies the mind.SO WHAT SHOULD THE CHURCH DO? Not retreat. Not soften. Not blend in. Stand. Speak the truth in love. Comfort the hurting—but do not lie to them. Warn the lost—but do not fear them.A scared world does not need a church that joins its fear.It needs a church that knows God, believes His Word, and lives like it.📖 Titus 2:13 “Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ.” The world trembles because it does not know what is coming. The Church stands because it does.
