The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) warns it could run out of cash by October 2026—and potentially stop delivering mail next year—without immediate congressional intervention or financial restructuring. Been delivering 6 days a week for decades! And, reduced amount of mail? Really .... I usually don't get my mail for up to weeks after mailed to me..even from next county over. Explain that? Hummm. Asked mail carrier about missing mail, was told they could only deliver what they get. Also has to go thru 2 facilities before even gets to my post office to be delivered to me. Actually 3 if you count they post office used to get my mail to be delivered when it's mailed to me.
