Two days ago, Nassadir Tate punched a 55-year-old man on a New York City subway platform. The victim collapsed minutes later and d*ed after being rushed to the hospital. Tate was charged with a misdemeanor and released the same day. This is yet another example of soft-on-crime policies failing New Yorkers.
