Muslim activists are calling on Trump to pause the war with Iran during Ramadan.
They argue that the holy month is meant for fasting, prayer, and peace, and say the conflict comes at a time when millions of Muslims around the world are observing one of Islam’s most sacred traditions.
Some critics say the war began too close to Ramadan and are urging the administration to show respect for the religious observance by halting military operations in the region until the month ends.
