The House just voted 357-65 to bury Rep. Nancy Mace's resolution that would have forced the release of sexual harassment and misconduct reports involving members of Congress and their staff. In a stunning display of self-preservation, both parties united to keep these records hidden, sending the measure back to the Ethics Committee where it will likely die quietly.
This is the same crowd that endlessly demands full transparency on Epstein files while shielding their own from any real accountability. They lecture the country about protecting victims and rooting out corruption, yet when it comes to their own potential wrongdoing—often paid for with taxpayer dollars—they slam the door shut. The hypocrisy is blatant and disgusting.
We deserve better than a ruling class that protects predators in suits while preaching moral superiority to the rest of us. True accountability starts at home, in the Capitol. Until these records see daylight, their calls for "justice" elsewhere ring completely hollow. Drain the swamp—for real this time.
