BREAKING: Punxsutawney Phil has been relocated to Providence, Rhode Island for community service after the city received 37.9 inches of snow, officially surpassing the Blizzard of 1978 for their biggest storm on record. Now he’s out on the sidewalks trying to shovel his way through snow walls taller than he is. Serves him right. He called for it. Now he’s gotta shovel through it.
