BREAKING: Police identify Rhode Island shooter as 56-Year-Old Robert Dorgan. According to his social media accounts Dorgan goes by the name Roberta and identifies as transgender with six kids. Today he murdered his wife and one of his children at a High School Hockey Game in Pawtucket before taking himself out. Three other victims are in critical condition at a local hospital.
