Obama-appointed Judge John deGravelles just ORDERED the release of FOUR criminal illegal immigrants from ICE custody at Angola’s “Louisiana Lockup” — despite deportation orders dating back decades. These are the men released back into U.S. communities: 1. Ibrahim Ali Mohammed (Ethiopia) — convicted of sexual exploitation of a minor. 2. Luis Gaston-Sanchez (Cuba) — convicted of homicide, assault, resisting an officer, concealing stolen property, and robbery. 3. Ricardo Blanco Chomat (Cuba) — convicted of homicide, kidnapping, aggravated assault with a firearm, burglary, larceny, and selling cocaine. 4. Francisco Rodriguez-Romero (Cuba) — convicted of homicide and a weapons offense. The ruling came after the judge found their continued detention was unlawful under constitutional standards and that deportation was not reasonably foreseeable at this time. The Department of Homeland Security called the decision a “lawless abomination,” with Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin saying it was “inexcusably reckless.”Governor Jeff Landry and AG Liz Murrill also criticized the ruling, arguing it puts public safety at risk while deportation cases remain unresolved. Why are judges allowing the release of convicted criminals while deportation orders sit unresolved for years.. Many Americans say this is exactly why border security and immigration enforcement remain top national concerns.
