I have just read the Rules and History regarding Habeus Corpus. In My opinion, it all comes down to this:"While Congress alone has the authority to suspend habeas, it can’t do so at will; it can only suspend habeas “when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.” "So, Congress, it's Time For You to do something that you in-so-far have failed to do, it's Time To Safeguard the American People. You all Know That Biden/Obama Created an Invasion of our Country, purposefully! After all, it's the WEF Written Agenda! So now, after all the murders and horrific crimes these illegal invaders have committed, it's way past time for you to SUSPEND HABEUS FOR ILLEGAL INVADERS! Too Many Americans have suffered and died at their hands! Do You understand? I Certainly Hope So!! Please Do So Immediately so These Off-The-Wall Judges like Boasberg can Back Off and Stop their Idiocy. It's Definite Idiocy to spend Any Money to bring These Criminals Back to American Shores!
