THE TEACHERS DID,WE HAD THE WHAT THEY CALLED "THE HILL" IT WAS NOT ON SCHOOL PROPERTY.

Ours was off property it was called the smoking corral

We had to go across the street from the band room, that's where the teacher's parking lot was, but we had to stay on the public sidewalk.
