WHEN THE EMPIRE ROTS FROM WITHIN”
Beloved, open your eyes and behold the season we are standing in.
The headlines now confess what the Scriptures warned long ago: The United States has slipped to its lowest-ever ranking in the global corruption index.
The very nation that preached morality to the world, that draped itself in the language of “freedom, justice, and democracy,” is being exposed before heaven and earth as a house built on crooked foundations.
Hear the word of the Most High:
“If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” — Psalm 11:3
For years America paraded as the righteous judge of nations — sanctioning, condemning, invading, and lecturing others about corruption. Yet behind marble pillars, gilded halls, and patriotic slogans, bribery, corporate capture, political deceit, and moral decay have been fermenting like rot beneath polished floors.
Look at the Capitol — shining on the outside, trembling on the inside.
The index did not “create” this fall. It merely revealed what was already there.
The Bible told us this pattern would repeat in every empire that lifts itself above God:
• Egypt fell in pride.
• Babylon fell in arrogance.
• Rome fell in corruption.
• And America is walking the same road.
“Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.” — Proverbs 14:34
When leaders love money more than truth…
When corporations buy laws…
When justice is for sale…
When war is profit…
When lies are policy…
Corruption is not an accident — it is judgment in motion.
This is not just political decline — it is spiritual exposure.
The Most High is peeling back the curtain so the world can see:
the empire that claimed to be light is steeped in darkness.
But here is the warning for the people:
Do not tie your faith to flags.
Do not worship governments.
Do not trust princes.
“Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.” — Psalm 146:3
Jeremiah 17:5 — Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
The fall of rankings is only the beginning.
Moral collapse precedes national collapse.
And national collapse precedes divine reckoning.
Repent. Prepare. Discern. Stand on the Word — not on Washington.
The empire is cracking…
but the Kingdom of God remains unshaken.
