33. And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
Matthew 25:33.
Jesus is explaining the judgment of nations. This is separate from the Great White Throne judgment, which happens in heaven.
This judgment comes upon the Gentiles, who showed kindness and care to the Jewish people, Christ's brethren.
Christ has the authority to divide humanity in this judgment; there are but two groups: sheep and goats.
The rapture of the church has removed believers from the danger to come.
By the end of the tribulation, the population of the earth will have been greatly reduced.
Many believers in Jesus after the rapture will be martyred.
There will be 144,000 sealed and preserved who will stand with the Lamb of God on Mount Zion.
Christ says to His sheep, "Come, ye blessed of my Father, and inherit the kingdom prepared for you."
But to the goats, Christ says, "Depart from Me, you cursed."
This is revealed by Christ: the goats will go to everlasting punishment, but the sheep into eternal life.
You choose your position, you are either a sheep or a goat; no one else is responsible. Amen.
