Barack Obama came in talking all that "hope and change" crap, but what he actually delivered was a big middle finger to half the country. Pushing Obamacare down our throats without a single Republican vote? That wasn't unity—that was ramming through a massive government takeover and daring anyone to stop him. It pissed off millions who saw their premiums skyrocket and their doctors vanish.
Then came the racial stuff. Every time something went down—like Trayvon or Ferguson—he jumped in with comments that sounded like he was picking sides before the facts were even in. Suddenly it felt like if you questioned Black Lives Matter or dared say "all lives matter," you were the bad guy. That identity politics garbage divided us more than anything.
Look, the guy smiled nice on TV, but under him the country split harder than ever—red vs. blue, urban vs. rural, us vs. them. He didn't cause every problem, but he sure as hell poured gas on the fire instead of putting it out. We're still dealing with the mess.
