Tell me how this makes sense. You work your whole life, pay taxes year after year, raise your kids, support your community, and then in your later years you are still put in a position where you have to choose between staying healthy and keeping food on the table. That is not what a lifetime of hard work is supposed to lead to. Our seniors deserve dignity, not impossible choices.
