The round pedal on the far right...next to the accelerator...is the starter. The little button on the far left is the headlight dimmer switch.

Yea that's the starter switch. You turn on the key hit the switch and if that doesn't work you get out go to the front and turn the crank. Hopefully you remember to make sure it's out of gear and your arm didn't break when it starts.
