💡BIBLE TRIVIA/FACTS ☘️Everyone spoke the same language until the incident at the Tower of Babel (Gen 11:1-9). 🏚️ After the Flood, all people spoke one language and gathered in Shinar. They built a city and a tower to make a name for themselves and avoid being scattered, rejecting God’s command to fill the earth. God came down, confused their language, and scattered them across the world. The place was called Babel, meaning confusion. The story reminds us that unity without God leads to confusion, but unity with God brings blessing. Genesis 11:9 “Therefore its name was called Babel, because there the LORD confused the language of the whole earth; and from there the LORD scattered them abroad over the face of all the earth.”
