Before smooth skate parks and glossy floors, we had sidewalks that rattled our bones and tested our courage. Those metal skates clamped onto our shoes like they meant business.Every bump shook your teeth. Every crack was an adventure. You didn’t glide — you survived.Arms flailing, knees scraped, laughter louder than fear. You learned balance the hard way, falling forward into the kind of resilience no one taught in school. And somehow, even with bruises and shaky legs, you couldn’t wait to strap them on again.Because being outside, moving fast, and feeling alive mattered more than being careful.
