🚨 EMPTY SHELTERS, CROWDED STREETS: Sacramento Resident Exposes Potential Homeless Fraud 🚨A viral report from a Northern California resident has sparked a firestorm of questions regarding the management of homeless resources in Sacramento. Despite streets being "flooded" with people who can no longer walk downtown, residents are reporting brand-new, multi-million dollar shelters sitting completely empty.A Sacramento resident reported visiting a local shelter to donate cans, only to find a facility that was "brand new, clean," and appeared as if "nobody ever been in there."The resident noted the bizarre contrast: downtown Sacramento is no longer walkable due to the massive homeless population, yet the very shelters built to house them remain empty."Not only is there fraud going on in Minnesota, there's fraud going on in California," the resident claimed, questioning where the massive funding for these facilities is actually going. She says "Not only is there fraud going on in Minnesota, there's fraud going on in California. And I witnessed this firsthand, but I really didn't think much of it. This is a screenshot of the video, y'all can go watch it. He recorded a homeless man and it went viral and he made like $2,500 off the video. So he wanted to give that money back to the homeless man. So he went to go find him, said that he's going to take him to a homeless shelter and get him a bed. And so when they went into the homeless shelter, they said that he had to be 100% clean. The guy was all like, well, he's like actively on fentanyl, so how can he be 100% clean to get a bed? Then they went to a different one and they say, yeah, we can take him. We'll help him detox and everything, but it would be two weeks for a bed and we'll give him a call once one opens up. The guy's like, give him a call? He don't even have a phone, he's homeless, like what? Mind you, people aren't going to get clean to just go get a bed. Sorry, that's not what they're going to do. They need to have active detox centers for these people and then they go into the homeless shelter. Now this money's just being funneled into these homeless shelters and there ain't no homeless people. And here's my experience. Me and my sister, we went to go donate some cans, right? So we went to the homeless shelter down the road from our house because there are so many homeless shelters near our house. So we went over there and we dropped off the cans, there was nobody there. That facility looked brand new, clean, looked like nobody ever been in there, nothing. There was nobody in there. And I'm from Northern California, Sacramento. You know, downtown isn't walkable anymore because there are so many homeless people. Why are there so many homeless people on the street? None of them are in the homeless shelters. Exactly. Somebody tag Nick Shirley because we got to get him on this next one."
