Rachael Anderson would have turned 32 yrs old this coming Wednesday, but that will never happen, she was murdered in 2018 by a complete stranger. Anthony Pardon broke into Rachael's apartment, hogtied her, gagged her, raped, strangled, beat, & stabbed her over 50X with a steak knife in the head, all on her 24th birthday. Anthony Pardon, who brutally raped & murdered Rachael Anderson, had a horrific rap sheet which included: 1. Conviction for raping a 9-month-old infant 2. Convictions for aggravated robbery, more rapes, attempted murder 3. Registered sex offender + GPS monitored 4. Repeat violent offender In what universe does an animal like that get another chance? Not in mine. Yet he was released from prison, and he started raping and killing (immediately) all over again. RIP Rachael
