Due to Winter Storm Fern and impacts to roads and communications, Tennessee has opened the TBI Hotline 1-800-TBI-FIND (1-800-824-3463) to handle welfare check requests.
Please use this state hotline instead of calling local non-emergency public safety or emergency management agencies. Davidson County welfare check requests must be submitted through the county hub page.
