Don’t give me selective outrage about a five year old in #ICE custody whose father left him.Let’s talk about the #border crossing children sexually assaulted on their journey to the United States, often as initiation by their #smugglers. Along the southern border are rape trees where these girls’ underwear hangs as trophies or payments. There are rape houses to break in kids before they cross into the US, and the sex #trafficking they endure as payment to be in this country.This is a photo I took of a pregnant eleven year old border crosser, so relieved to have made it across. The horrific treatment of children is among the worst consequences of Biden’s open border policies: a list of childhood nightmares they didn’t sign up for.
