Today, I’m sending extra prayers to the ones who don’t get to stay home when the snow falls. To the drivers navigating icy roads,to the nurses and medical teams showing up when others can’t,to the linemen restoring power in freezing winds, and to every helper working through exhaustion so others can stay safe —you are seen, and you are appreciated more than words can say. While many of us are able to remain indoors, wrapped in warmth and comfort, you step into the storm. You choose service over safety, duty over rest, and compassion over convenience. Your work keeps lights on, roads passable, and hope alive during some of the hardest conditions. Please know that behind every warm home and every cleared path, there are grateful hearts praying for your protection. May you return home safely to the ones who love you, and may you feel the quiet gratitude of countless strangers you may never meet.Thank you for being the hands that help, the strength that endures, and the reason so many others make it through the storm. 🙏
