A lot people are truly havr no clue with all these lists. Most know the last one on the lost.I highly doublt that majority my guest about 80-90% are unaware how the first two on the list work specially the term COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF, YES THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES and its protocol follow by military opps and its chain of command. Most uneducated one's are libRATS they run their mounth and hope it sticks on the wall like booger.
