Surrounded by U.S. Military ships.👉The stolen oil he's referring to stems from Venezuela's 2007 nationalization (expropriation) of heavy oil projects in the Orinoco Belt under then-President Hugo Chávez. 👉Major U.S. companies like Conoco Phillips and Exxon Mobil had invested billions in these fields under agreements with the Venezuelan government. 👉Chávez's administration seized control without fair compensation, forcing them out so basically, Venezuela owes some huge money.👉Basically let American companies build massive infrastructure for oil exploration and then forcefully took it over and have been making Trillions on it ever since when all that oil was supposed to go to United States gas pumps, lowering the price of fuel here.👉Just in case you didn't know about what the oil rift is. 👉Trump said he's going to rectify the situation.👉I'm sure some people (don't know how), will somehow critisize this and figure out a way to say that letting them steal the oil is what would be best for America.👉Some weird reasoning going on lately.
