There should only be U.S. CITIZEN receiving benefits. Some of us are struggling to make ends meet. Others go to jail 6 months for not affording to pay taxed so they skipped paying taxes.These freeloaders are pigs siphoning our TAX DOLLARS There need to be a reassessed of their qualifications
