The president must be elected by the Venezuelan people through fair, free, secure, and monitored elections.The Venezuelan Supreme Court is reviewing next steps as per the Venezuelan Constitution. They have named Rodriguez interim President. The US should allow Venezuela time to Constitutionally elect their own leadership.
