Ed Emshwiller (1925–1990) was a visionary illustrator and filmmaker known for his bold, surreal sci-fi and pulp magazine covers of the 1950s and ’60s. He worked on classic science fiction magazines, such as Galaxy, Amazing Stories, and Astounding Science Fiction. Beyond illustration, Emshwiller became a pioneer in experimental film and video art, pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling 🚀
