To the drawn down lake bed of Lake Detroit, Oregon. Every year, the brilliant Army Corps of Engineers, decides how much water to drain from our lakes. Looks like they went all out again..and so far, not an inch of snow pack anywhere around. They kill MILLIONS of fish when they do this in order to "restore" the Chinook Salmon runs here.
