Illegal is illegal. To turn a blind eye to illegal actions of a company or anybody else encourages further illegal actions from them.

The only people winning by illegal hires are the owners and upper managers.
We need to not onky enforce the law but make penalties stiffer and personal. Screw the fine, prison!
