ALLEGATION: A former CIA officer claims bank records show Senator Lindsey Graham may have financially benefited from funds tied to the Ukraine war.Former CIA officer Larry Johnson alleges that money originating from Ukraine was laundered through Latvia and ultimately deposited into Senator Graham’s personal bank accounts. According to Johnson, the sums involved are “significant,” and he claims the Department of Justice is reviewing the matter.“There will be news coming out in the next couple of months about how Senator Graham profited financially from money that came out of Ukraine, laundered through Latvia, and made its way into his bank account.
