In less than 6 weeks I was down to 1 Metformin tablet a day and 1 Berberine tablet a day and my 3 month average A1C had dropped to almost normal for a non-diabetic. My reading was 6.0; down from 6.8 over the previous reading. I am hoping I can get off Metformin altogether in 3 months. So far, it has zero side effects unlike Metformin.
