During an interview with MS NOW’s Erielle Reshef, USA Today’s Washington DC’s Bureau Chief Susan Page alleged Trump’s comments on Dem Rep Ihan Omar is inviting political violence:
RESHEF: “Susan, the president also went on another tirade about Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, as Michael just alluded to. Listen.”
TRUMP [CLIP]: “Ilhan Omar, whatever the hell her name is, with the little thing, the little turban. I love her. She comes in, does nothing but bitch. She’s always complaining. She comes from a country where, I mean, it’s considered about the worst country in the world, right? (...) We ought to get her the hell out.”
RESHEF: “We’ve all become accustomed to this type of rhetoric from the president. But what’s the reaction been like on Capitol Hill? And are there any Republicans, maybe even privately, expressing concern about this type of ad hominem attack on a lawmaker?”
PAGE: “You know, we’ve heard this kind of rhetoric from President Trump before, but never from a previous president. This kind of ridicule of a member of Congress and of a foreign country, it’s — perhaps we’ve gotten used to it, but that might not be a good thing. You know, one of the things we hear from members of Congress, and one reason we have a record number of congressmen and women thinking about retiring, is the rise of political violence. And experts tell us that rhetoric like this invites political violence. It can encourage someone who is unbalanced to consider political violence. And I think that is something we hear a lot of concern about from public officials of all sorts. And it’s one reason people give now for not wanting to get involved in politics.”

Her words on Charlie Kirk did just that, so forgive me when I say I don't give 2 shits about Ilhan Omar.
