40 years ago, First Lady Nancy Reagan accepted the delivery of the 1985 White House Christmas tree on the North Lawn. Mrs. Reagan wore the green wool coat seen here to several White House Christmas tree presentations between 1982 and 1988. The coat was designed by James Galanos.
