We are God’s heirs and fellow heirs with Christ, if we really suffer with him so that we can also be glorified with him. I believe that the present suffering is nothing compared to the coming glory that is going to be revealed to us. — Romans 8:16-18 CEB Today's Prayer Lord, some—even some CHRISTIAN LEADERS—have taught that we will only become Christians, then nothing bad will happen to us; we will never suffer. Forgive me for even considering this as possible in light of the Scriptures. Remind me that when I suffer I am connecting to Jesus in a spiritual way that confirms I am Your heir; a co-heir with Jesus Christ. Thank You for accepting me into the family. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
