Joe Biden brought in 77,000 Afghans after the hasty withdrawal in 2021.
Jen Psaki and Sec. Alejandro Mayorkas swore they were all properly vetted and bragged about the program dubbed "Operation Allies Welcome"
However, one of those Afghan 'Allies' just shot two National Guard Troops in D.C.
Mayorkas: "We are PROUD" of "Operation Allies Welcome."
"Operation Allies Welcome is a great source of pride for us to bring [in Afghans]."
Critics are saying there is no way possible to vet the tens of thousands that were allowed in, and are calling for all of them and their families to be deported immediately.
Video is now resurfacing of Biden officials Psaki and Mayorkas from 2021
Jen Psaki:
"I can absolutely assure you that no one is coming into the United States of America who has not been through a thorough screening and background check process."
Mayorkas:
"You're referring to what we termed Operation Allies Welcome, a program that we are very proud of, that we instituted to provide refuge for individuals."
In a 2021 congressional hearing Mayorkas was asked if the Afghans who were flown to the U.S. were vetted.
Mayorkas claimed repeatedly that all the Afghans were vetted, he's then reminded he's under oath, and his tone changes:
"Well over 99% of them were fully screened and vetted before they boarded the flight (the the United States) if they were not, they were screened and vetted while in flight, And If Any Derogatory Information Was Adduced They Were Placed In Immigration Enforcement Proceedings And Removal"

Senator Lindsay Graham: "You Do Know Your Under Oath"
Mayorkas: "Not No No... You Are Asking Me About Planes From Transit Countries"
Senator Lindsay Graham: "I'm talking about People who Got On The Plane at Kabul Airport"
Mayorkas: "Oh I can't Speak To That"
Operation Allies Welcome (OAW), launched in August 2021 by Biden's DHS, resettled 77,000 Afghan migrants into the country after Biden's chaotic withdrawal from Afghanistan.
