Naw! The brother is the good guy who has taken care of his son, Leavitt's nephew, all these years. But notice the boy is referred to as "her nephew" but the nephew's mother is NOT referred to as a "sister-in-law" but merely as the boy's mother. Very careful, but accurate wording.
