James Comey will be charged again by the end of next week, according to an official release from the Justice Department:"The liberal judge who dismissed the case has been recused from hearing any evidence when the new indictment comes back from the grand jury."The new charges will be filed in the Southern District of New York, where US Attorney Jeanine Pirro will lead the prosecution.
