It's getting to the point where Federal Taxpayer Funds given to States or Cities can no longer be ensured those Taxpayer Funds be used, where Congress APPROVED to spend Taxpayer Money. As once States or Cities gain FEDERAL Taxpayer Funds there's NO LONGER CONTROL how that Local Government uses those Funds WHICH MAY DEVERT TAXPAYER FUNDS TO THEIR NEEDS INSTEAD. FUNDING FAR LEFT PROJECTS NOT APPROVED BY CONGRESS. Once Federal Taxpayer Funds is Given, Congress LOOSES CONTROL. SOO MUCH WASTED FEDERAL TAXPAYER FUNDS NOT JUST BY CONGRESS ALONE. EVEN COURTS AGAINST WE THE PEOPLE AS WELL.
