I have often let my fears turn into constant worry, giving Satan a foothold in my life. I guess I thought that worrying would lead me to a solution, Lord, but that wasn’t true—it just led to greater worries, greater fears, and thoughts of depression and suicide. Deliver me from my worries and fears, Lord, and help me to learn to trust Your many promises of provision and help. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
