🚨Venezuelan Anthony Vasquez Guedez, arrested eight times in less than two years, is now detained for allegedly stabbing a man to steal his phone in Chicago. Prosecutors say the victim was recording the neighborhood to send footage to family when Vasquez Guedez confronted him and demanded he delete it.He faces charges of robbery and three counts of aggravated battery. Last week, he was also arrested for allegedly threatening someone with a knife and repeatedly kicking a Chicago police officer during the arrest, when a kitchen knife fell to the ground.Welcome to Chicago!
