HEARTBREAKING. Three brothers in Virginia were victims of a horrific crash, reportedly caused by a truck driver who hardly speaks English.Zane (21) was killed. Boaz (14) is currently in critical condition. Toby (16) suffered a fracture to his back.The truck driver, who reportedly struck the boys, claims that his dashcam has not been working for months.Virginia police told the boys' parents that they believe ZANE was the one at fault.This tragedy needs a FULL investigation.
