This shit needs to end…The city of Chicago just released surveillance footage of a brutal “Loop Puncher” attack — but only after the Illinois Attorney General’s Office stepped in and pressured officials to comply with CWBChicago’s Freedom of Information request.The video shows the attack of 56-year-old Kathleen Miles in the 200 block of West Washington Street. In the footage, a man identified as William Livingston, 32, is seen walking up behind Miles and her friend as they walk toward a train station around 5:15 p.m. A split-second after stepping between them, the man suddenly punches Miles in the face. Her head whips backward, her body stiffens, and she collapses sideways to the pavement.
