15. So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider.
Isaiah 52:15
This chapter 52 uncovers the joy when Christ reigns supreme.
The Messiah was promised to Israel. God, who cannot lie, will never break a promise.
Though Israel blasphemed His name, Christ vindicates His name at the Cross by being raised from death.
Did Christ go to the cross for one group of people? Israel refused Him, and some Gentiles received Him.
Yet Christ died for the world; to say Christ died for us but Israel is a lie.
If all our sins are forgiven by Christ's blood, how much more Israel, for whom Christ came?
Verses 13-14 are about Christ, the suffering Servant of God.
Being marred more than any man, many were astonished. Yet He has been exalted above every creation.
When Christ returns, He is coming to finish what He began in Israel.
Thessalonians says He comes as a thief in the night, unannounced.
Christ has invited all to salvation; receive Him today. Amen.
