DEI appointed supreme court justice Ketanji Brown Jackson said that blacks should be given the same special consideration & accommodations in voting as people with disabilities in setting up electoral districts.... I'm sorry , I thought the SCOTUS had already ruled that anything based on race was unconstitutional..
