NEW: Judge orders parents to post $125k bond to continue Title IX case after their sons were suspended from school after being uncomfortable that a girl was in their locker room.The two boys were accused of "s*xually harassing" a female student who identifies as male.The female student filmed the boys, who made it clear that they were uncomfortable, in the boys' locker room. Instead of suspending the female student, the school issued both boys a 10-day suspension.Seth Wolfe and Renae Smith are suing the Loudoun County School Board in Virginia after the school board launched a Title IX investigation into the boys.On Monday, U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema ordered the parents to post a $125,000 bond by the end of day on October 15 (today) to cover LCPS legal expenses. "The order aims to ensure that if LCPS prevails on dispositive pre-trial motions, LCPS can recover from that bond its attorney’s fees," ABC 7 reported.LCPS dismissed the s*xual harassment complaint against a third boy who was Muslim but kept the complaint against the two Christian boys.
