“One day it won’t be Charlie Kirk—it will be me or you. And the only thing that will matter is where we stand with Jesus.”
Charlie Kirk’s life was taken in cold blood while speaking his beliefs. Agree or disagree with him, mocking death or celebrating it doesn’t change the truth: every one of us will one day face eternity.
In one of his last interviews, when asked what he wanted to be remembered for if he died, Charlie answered with no hesitation: courage for his faith. That was his heartbeat—not politics, not fame, but boldly standing for Jesus Christ.
And that’s where this moment speaks to us all. Because life is short, death comes quickly, and eternity is forever. Politics won’t matter in that moment. What will matter is whether we forgave, whether we stood fast in truth, and whether we gave our lives to Jesus.
Yes, we must forgive—even those who mock and curse. Jesus said it clearly: “But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.” (Matthew 5:44 KJV). That’s not weakness—that’s the strength of real faith.
But forgiveness doesn’t mean silence. We are also called to be soldiers: “Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.” (1 Corinthians 16:13 KJV). That means love without compromise, truth without apology, and courage that endures.
Friend, tomorrow is not promised. “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved.” (Mark 16:16 KJV)—not a suggestion, but the doorway to eternal life.
Charlie’s courage was in his faith. Let his death remind us to live with that same courage—forgiving freely, loving deeply, and standing fast as soldiers of Christ.
✝️ “Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.” (Mark 13:31 KJV)
And I’ll close with this: get yourself in a church that preaches the truth of God’s Word—not hate. Any preacher who has no compassion for this man, or who rejoices in his death, is misguided and does not live by the Word of God. The true Gospel is love, truth, forgiveness, and hope in Jesus Christ alone.
