🚨 SCOTUS VICTORY!
Just now, in a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court granted President Trump’s application for stay in Donald Trump v. Rebecca Slaughter, allowing him to fire FTC Commissioner Slaughter, and agreed with our amicus brief to grant a petition for certiorari to hear the case.
We are thrilled to have helped score this victory for the President and the Separation of Powers Doctrine.
