Solomon speaks on evil, sinners, and wickedness, in 11-13.
The difference between a sinner and a wicked person is in their actions. We have all fallen short of God's glory.
The child of God seeks forgiveness and repentance.
The wicked, after sinning over and over, no longer seek forgiveness nor repentance, having lost the conscience guilt of sin.
We were all born sinners, and Christ gave His life to restore our relationship to God.
Evil is a state in which a person operates, usually rooted in idolatry.
Wickedness is the manifestation or practice of evil.
The danger of evilness can become a preference as a lifestyle, and wickedness becomes a choice of expression.
Any of us that were once enslaved in addiction can relate to what you give up or ignore to feed the destructive behavior.
Christ has broken the bands that held us tight to sin and set us free to live for Him. Amen.
