A Court of Appeals panel of judges ruled that MISDATED mail-in ballots *cannot* be thrown out.Pennsylvania law states that voters are required to write the date on the return envelope.👉Immediate Action Must Be Taken👈1️⃣ The RNC & PAGOP must bring this to the Supreme Court by filing a petition for a writ of certiorari2️⃣ Pennsylvania County Boards of Elections MUST be instructed to separate MISDATED &/or undated mail-in ballots from correctly dated ones 3️⃣ The DOJ must make a public statement that anyone who cheats in the upcoming November 2025 elections will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law I’m especially bringing this to the attention of Senator Dave McCormick, as this is how the democrats tried to steal his election in 2024.
